Gardens are good for your Health!

BBC has this fantastic article in which it talks about the proven value of spending time in diverse gardens! It helps you reduce stress, improve mood and creates less anxiety- things us gardeners already knew!

"What was very important was that the gardens had to have biodiversity - a variation of plants,"
 "Evidence showed that concrete gardens had no effect at all, so you had to have green gardens."
